Raybo 63 Disperse

Diethylaminoethanol. Acts as an emulsifier and dispersing agent. It permits the system to accept substantial, 10-40% of paint weight, additions of water. The ability to accept substantial water addition allows conversion of a high quality coating to a lower cost product without reformulation. Low level addition also results in anti-foam action for oil phase systems. It does not contribute to water sensitivity of dry films and shows reduction in VOC. It complies with following regulations: OSHA regulations, SARA 313 and SARA hazard categories.
