Mixture of solvent naptha, ethanol, methanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethyl acetate and N-heptane. Acts as a dispersing agent and wetting agent. It effectively eliminates fisheyes, craters and crawling in water-based systems. It improves adhesion over damp and unprepared substrates and reduces water sensitivity during cure. It is compatible with alkyd resins. It is applicable to both organic and inorganic pigments. It complies with following regulations: OSHA regulations, CERCLA and SARA 313.
