PAT-ADD LE 1066

PAT-ADD LE 1066 by Patcham FZC is silicone modified polyether in distillates (petroleum), hydro treated light solvent. It is designed for use as levelling agent with an edge of defoaming effect in solvent-free or solvent-less floor coatings, based on epoxy-, polyurethane, aspartic coating systems or similar resin systems. It is a very efficient surface tension modifier, effective at very low concentrations. PAT-ADD LE 1066 demonstrates excellent efficiency, avoiding formation of craters, pinholes and poor substrate coverage of coatings applied at low up to high layer thickness. It provides excellent surface smoothness. It shows excellent compatibility, high transparency lacquers. PAT-ADD LE 1066 is suitable for use in pigmented as well as clear coating systems. Optimal performance is reached using PAT-ADD LE 1066 in conjunction with pigment dispersant PAT-ADD DA 948. Its recommended dosage is between 00.2 to 0.6%. calculated on the total weight of paint formulation. It is a REACH compliant.
