Omnirad 369

Omnirad 369 (Former Irgacure 369) by IGM Resins is a highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo-polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers like acrylates-in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers. It acts as a type 1 free-radical photoinitiator.
  • Its high absorptivity makes it especially suitable for UV-curable inks.
  • It is suitable for surface, through and LED cure.
  • It is designed for white, pigmented and clear systems.
  • It is used in wood, plastic, paper & metal coatings and offset, screen inks & varnishes.
  • The recommended addition level for offset inks is 2.0-4.0% Omnirad 369, screen inks is 2.0-4.0% Omnirad 369 & 1.0-3.0% Omnirad 184, pigmented coatings is 1.0-4.0% Omnirad 369 and photo polymers for imaging is 0.5-5.0% Omnirad 369.
  • Omnirad 369 has a shelf life of 36 months.
