TEGO® Airex 902 W

TEGO® Airex 902 W by Evonik acts as a deaerator. It is highly compatible (minimized risk of surface defects) and prevents micro- and macro-foam. Used in architectural coatings, printing inks and varnishes, wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings, and leather top coats.

• Prevents the formation of air inclusions and pinholes in water- and solvent-borne and radiation-curing coatings, which is particularly important in high viscosity or high solids formulations and essential for airless/air mix applications.
• Also, prevents foam formation during production and application which is particularly important in the case of waterborne formulations.
• Suitable for airless spray applied formulations, for curtain coating applications, and used universally in clear and pigmented formulations.
• It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.1-3%.
• TEGO® Airex 902 W has a shelf life of 12 months.
