DOWSIL™ 8603 Additive by Dow is a silica containing silicone dispersion. Acts as a defoamer/ antifoaming agent. It performs well at low dosage level and has a low tendency to cause surface defects. Used in water-borne interior wall paints & flexographic and gravure inks. DOWSIL™ 8603 Additive is applicable for acrylic styrene emulsion, polyester acrylic, and acrylic modified alkyd coatings. Conforms to TSCA regulation.
