Efka® SI 2008

Efka® SI 2008 (Old name: Perenol® E 8) by BASF is a solution of modified silicone based air release agent. It is especially designed for medium- and long oil alkyds, 2-pack epoxy, unsaturated polyester and PUR systems. Used in coatings for flooring and in clear and pigmented coatings. Provides film and surfaces without any foam or bubbles. It offers fast and reliable foam suppression, high compatibility and excellent long-term persistency. Efka® SI 2008 is recommended for construction, industrial maintenance and industrial coatings. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Its dosage level is 0.1-3.0%.

Efka® SI 2008 is no longer available and is replaced by Efka® SI 2041.
