How to reduce TBHP dosage rates in emulsion polymerization?

Brochure | Supplied by Brüggemann

It is well known that utilizing a redox pair is an effective way to reduce free monomer at the end of an emulsion polymerization process.

The results in this document nicely show that it is possible to significantly reduce the TBHP dosage in combination with the formaldehyde free grades BRUGGOLITE FF6M or BRUGGOLITE E28.
Despite the much lower TBHP content the reduction of free monomer still works perfectly fine.
