As a new and valuable service to our community, we are developing a directory of contact details for the most important paint and coatings manufacturer associations in Asia Pacific from Nepal to New Zealand. In most countries in the region information of this kind is very difficult to obtain because there may not be permanent secretariats or the secretariats can change annually.
We plan to add more information in the future to the basic contact details. For example, how much of the industry is represented by the association, how many members it has and who the major members are.
Despite our best efforts, some of the data is not complete and we are still short of basic information on the paint associations in Cambodia, Laos and North Korea. If you know a route to finding any such associations, whether formal or informal, we would be very grateful to hear from you.
An asterisk denotes those associations who are members of APIC, the Asian Paint Industry Council, which is to Asia Pacific what CEPE is to Europe and NPCA to America.
