SYNTRAN® PUC 1311

SYNTRAN® PUC 1311 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a cationic, semi-rigid, polycarbonate-type polyurethane dispersion (PUD) with DMAC. It is a self-emulsifying, one-component system showing no migration phenomena because it is surfactants-free. It exhibits excellent compatibility and good adhesion to inorganic substrates & functional plastics such as polycarbonate.

• It offers high gloss, good storage stability, good rheology along with excellent water-, alkali- and weather resistance.
• It also provides easy film forming at relatively low temperatures.
• SYNTRAN® PUC 1311 is recommended for formulating metal coatings and base & topcoat for cold-rolled steel coil (GI type).
• It is also used as a binder for pigments and inorganic fillers.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
