DJ17016-09 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is an anionic acrylic polymer based on multiphase technology. It offers excellent adhesion to various substrates. It forms a film with very high gloss, flexibility, hardness and printability with various types of inks. It also provides high chemical-, blocking- and rub resistance. It possesses very low to zero emulsifier content and zero VOC required to formulate coatings. Recommended for stain & tannin block coatings, packaging coatings and wood coatings in isolation primers, basecoats & furniture. DJ17016-09 is suitable for films, foils, overprint varnishes, label & board, ink primers and metallized substrates. It shows high compatibility with PP, PE, PET, PVC, waxes and other additives. It is Swiss Ordinance and FDA-approved for indirect food contact. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
