Crilat 7829

Crilat 7829 by Vinavil is an APEO- & formaldehyde-free, self-crosslinking, water-based acrylic dispersion. It exhibits very high blocking-, chemical-, mechanical-, good water- & high weathering resistance, high transparency and high piling speed. It shows excellent rheological behavior such as leveling & sagging resistance, high gloss, good elasticity and excellent wet & dry adhesion on wood & metal. It is designed to formulate water-based varnishes for joinery such as window & door frames and outdoor applications. It is used to formulate primers & impregnating media for exterior wood coating. It is suitable to formulate clear and pigmented varnishes & stains for wood & metal substrates. It contains a minimum amount of a reactive co-solvent that improves the film forming in final formulation. After water evaporation it makes a continuous transparent & bright film at room temperature. It gives excellent surface properties to formulates. The storage stability of Crilat 7829 is 6 months when stored at temperatures between 5°C - 40°C.
