Tolonate™ D2 by Vencorex is a blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate (HDI homopolymer), supplied at 75 % solids in aromatic solvent. Acts as cross-linking agent to prepare heat activated one component polyurethane systems. Suitable for use in weatherable coatings giving excellent mechanical properties in conjunction with outstanding resistance to solvents, abrasion and chemical products, automotive OEM formulations, can and coil coatings and other general industrial coatings on metal. Tolonate™ D2 has a shelf life of 2 years.
