Pliotec® 119 by Synthomer is an anionic, APE-free, water-based, vinyl acetate/versatate copolymer. It offers excellent fire resistance, mechanical stability and good char development (thickness and quality). It is suitable for R30 to R90. It finds application in intumescent coatings. Pliotec® 119 has a shelf life of 12 months.
