SiliXan® U 100

SiliXan® U 100 by SiliXan is a urethane compound with silicone alkoxy groups. Improves abrasion resistance and film hardness. It can be diluted with can be thinned with esters, ether esters, alcohols, xylene and toluene. It is insoluble in water and benzene. Shows compatibility with isocyanates, polyester, acrylate polyols, silicone or melamine groups. SiliXan® U 100 is used as a binder for the formaulation of UV stable clear coats, pigmented coatings or solvent-based resins. Complies with REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
