SiliXan® T 100- 40/ PNB

SiliXan® T 100- 40/ PNB by SiliXan is an inorganic-organic silicone-based binder supplied as 40% in dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether. Acts as an abrasion-, corrosion- and temperature resistance agent. Provides easy-to-clean properties, and it can be diluted with polar solvents like alcohols (ethanol, isopropanol) or glycol ether (butyl glycol, dipropylen glycol monomethyl ether). It can be cured within seconds at 240°C to 260°C or between 150°C and 250°C. Suitable for applications in the area of tarnish protection coatings on stainless steel, aluminum, glass or ceramic. SiliXan® T 100- 40/ PNB is used in solvent-based lacquers or paints, glass-like and temperature stable coatings. Complies with EINECS, TSCA (USA), ECL (Korea), ENCS (Japan) and REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The shelf life of the product is 3 months.
