SiliXan® M 600

SiliXan® M 600 by SiliXan is a polymer based on silicone containing acrylate. Exhibits good transparency, high hardness, chemical stability, abrasion- and stain resistance. Shows good adhesion to plastics like PC, PMMA or PVC. It is diluted in polar solvents like alcohols, esters, ether esters or ketones. It is insoluble in water. A thermal or peroxide curing is also possible. SiliXan® M 600 is used as an unsaturated binder for the formulation of scratch resistant coatings or as an additive to conventional acrylate or methacrylate based of lacquers, paints, solvent-free or high-solid coatings. Complies with EINECS, TSCA (USA), ENCS (Japan) and REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
