Methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. Offers high water retention and thickening effect, low gloss, low pigment compatibility, low pseudoplasticity, and moderate wet scrub resistance. Exhibits good anti-spattering. Used for paint applications like solid paints, limewash paints, ready-mixed joint fillers, and spray applied jointing compounds.
