KF-2201 is a phenol-modified silicone fluid by Shin-Etsu. It is used together with solvent-based polyester & alkyd resin. It exhibits excellent heat resistance and flexibility. It offers good weatherability, enhanced wear-, water-, & cold resistance and improved adhesion. It is recommended for automotive paints (car, train). The dosage level of KF-2201 is 0.5-10%.
