Rovene® 4181 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It is a low VOC containing latex and is crosslinkable with external crosslinkers. It imparts good wet and dry tensile strength. It has good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. It can be compounded to high solids using calcium carbonate, clays and alumina trihydrate as fillers. Rovene® 4181 is recommended for wood and metal coating.
