Elvacite® 4086A

Acrylic resin based on methyl methacrylate, n-butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid. Provides improved alcohol-, moisture-, ultraviolet- and chemical resistance. Possesses good compatibility with many binders and plasticizers. Exhibits excellent solubility in a wide range of solvents. Offers an optimum combination of excellent adhesion and surface hardness. Used in coatings for plastic substrates including ABS, PS and PVC. Complies with TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS, PICCS, KECI, AICS and IECSC.
