Carboset® 531 by Lubrizol is a self-crosslinking thermosetting acrylic dispersion polymer. Offers very good adhesion to a variety of metal substrates and very good water and stain resistance. Exhibits good pigment wetting and high gloss. Carboset® 531 is used in high gloss bake finishes, general metal finishes, stain-resistant coatings and appliance coatings.
