PerformaSil™ 100 SWBE

PerformaSil™ 100 SWBE by ICD is ultra-low VOCs, single-component silicone water-based elastomer. It is designed to improve overall coating properties. It exhibits outstanding weather-, water- and solvent resistance, making it suitable for exterior coatings in harsh weather conditions.

• It contains silanol functionality which allows it to chemically react with organic resins that contain active hydroxyl groups to form silicone-organic copolymers.
• It provides high tensile strength and elongation.
• It can be used alone, or as a co-binder with other resins.
• It can also be used in the formulation of ambient-cure or bake coatings for a wide range of substrates such as masonry, glass, leather, fabric, textiles, and metals.
• It is used in architectural coatings, water barriers, protective coatings, anti-graffiti coatings, wood coatings, sports surface coatings and paint.
• PerformaSil™ 100 SWBE has a shelf life of 2 years.
