Everflon™ FEP D50 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a PFOA-free, general-purpose fluoropolymer. It is a transparent, water-based, easy to process fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dispersion, stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It can be used to coat, impregnate porous structures and make thin films.

It exhibits inertness to all industrial chemicals and solvent.
It is stable at high temperature and also exhibits good wetting effect, di-electric- & optical properties, weatherability and anti-stick property.
Provides good durability and low porosity.
It improves substrate adhesion, increases corrosion protection and gloss of the coating.
Offers good chemical resistance, high shear stability, low settling tendency and weldable surface.
Everflon™ FEP D50 is suitable for metal- and glass cloth coating.
