DOMALKYD 4348 70 BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is alkyd resin modified with vegetable fatty acids for coatings. It is compatible with short oil alkyd-, colophonium modified maleic-, melamine resins as well as with castor oil, urea and nitrocellulose. 2K PUR lacquers with good leveling, hardness and fast drying properties can be achieved with the combination of poly iso-cyanate resins. It is used in enamels for woods. DOMALKYD 4348 70 BAc can be combined with DOMALKYD 4402 to obtain higher elasticity. Recommended shelf life is 12 months at storage temperature below 35 °C.
