DOMALKYD 4161 70 BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is a saturated fatty acid modified alkyd resin. It offers high gloss, hardness and elasticity. It is compatible to be used with saturated polyester resins, short & medium oil non-drying alkyd resins, nitrocellulose and polyisocyanate resins. DOMALKYD 4161 70 BAc is supplied as 69-71% in butylacetate. It is suitable for 2K lacquers and enamels for wood & metal. It is soluble in esters, ketones and higher alcohols. It is partially soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons and insoluble in aromatic hydrocarbons. It is stable for 12 months if stored in a dry place at temperature below 25°C.
