NIKANOL® HP-70 by Fudow (a group company of Mitsubishi Gas Chemical) functions as corrosion inhibitor. It is alkyl phenol-modified xylene formaldehyde resin. It is capable to improve property more than straight type because they are obtained by reaction with other compounds such as phenols, carboxylic acids, alcohol and so on. Recommended for epoxy paints and metallic inks. NIKANOL® HP-70 exhibits good adhesion, leafing property, gloss and corrosion resistance.
