Silicone epoxy resin. Used as a solvent-borne binder for heat- and solvent-resistant anticorrosion paints for mufflers, ovens, chimneys, oven inserts, barbeques and electric and gas heaters and muffler coatings for vehicles, in particular motor bikes. Offers very good adhesion, chemical and solvent resistance. Exhibits very good corrosion resistance. It has a storage stability of 6 months.
