PARALOID™ EDGE 1315 Resin

PARALOID™ EDGE 1315 Resin by Dow Chemical is a solvent-borne alkyd carbamate polymer based on PARALOID EDGE Resin Technology. It is formaldehye-free and specifically designed to produce two component isocyanate-free, polyurethane coatings when reacted with PARALOID EDGE XL-195 Crosslinker (1,3 & 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxaldehyde) using an acid catalyst. It offers benefits of ambient cure, fast dry time, long pot-life, fast sandability, high- hardness and gloss, excellent solvent- and cold-check resistance. PARALOID™ EDGE 1315 Resin by Dow Chemical is used for industrial wood finishes for kitchen cabinets, industrial wood finishes for furniture, DIY finishes for wood and pigmented or clear wood topcoat.
