PARALOID™ EDGE 1100 Resin

PARALOID™ EDGE 1100 Resin by Dow Chemical is a solvent-borne, medium oil alkyd carbamate polymer based on PARALOID EDGE Resin Technology. It is specifically designed to produce two component isocyanate-free, polyurethane coatings when reacted with PARALOID EDGE XL-195 Crosslinker (1,3 & 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxaldehyde) using an acid catalyst. It offers benefits of ambient cure, fast dry time, long pot-life, fast sandability in pigmented systems, excellent adhesion to metal substrates, excellent intercoat adhesion. PARALOID™ EDGE 1100 Resin by Dow Chemical is suitable for use in automotive refinish primer coatings and general industrial finishes for metal.
