Ateva® 2861A by Celanese is a soft hand, multipurpose cross-link vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion. Characteristics of the binder include excellent thickener response, good tolerance to post additions and transfer of hydrophobic character to the substrate. Vinamul 3231 can be applied by a variety of application methods including coatings.
