Basonat® HB 275 B

Basonat® HB 275 B by BASF is biurets of aliphatic polyisocyanates based on hexamethylene diisocyanate. Offers light-fastness and weather resistance. It can be diluted with esters such as butylacetate, ketones such as methyl ethyl ketone, glycolether acetates such as methoxypropyl acetate, and aromatic hydrocarbons such as Solvesso® 100 or xylene. Used for crosslinking most hydroxylic acrylate resins and hydroxylic polyesters. Basonat® HB 275 B is recommended for two-pack polyurethane coatings. Applicable as primers for difficult substrates such as aluminum or various plastics.
