Arez PM1234

Rosin modified phenolic resin. It is an amber-brown, hard and brittle resin with medium-low solubility in medium to high aromatic content ink oils and high solution viscosity with medium structure at low polarity. It provides high gloss, fast setting and good heat resistance. With this new technology, good litho properties, a stable rheology and low misting can more easily be obtained in the formulation. Used in webfed (Heatset/Coldset) offset inks, sheet fed inks requiring high gloss and waterless; letterpress inks.
