UCECOAT® 7230

UCECOAT® 7230 by allnex is a water-borne, UV/EB energy curable polyurethane dispersion with low tack before cure and after water evaporation. It exhibits high reactivity, good colloidal stability and compatibility with other waterborne polymers. Suitable for clear topcoats on plastics, wood & other substrates, including both transparent and pigmented.

• It offers high gloss, very high hardness, excellent abrasion- & chemical resistance, low-yellowing and good adhesion on plastics such as PC, ABS.
• It provides good substrate wetting and orientation of metallic flake pigment.
• UCECOAT® 7230 can be applied by spray, curtain, T-bar as well as several roll coating methods.
• It is also used in metallic & pigmented mono-coats and inks.
