EBECRYL® 876

EBECRYL® 876 is a light color, UV or electron beam (EB) energy curable, low viscosity polyester acrylate by allnex. Provides BPA-free alternative to epoxy acrylate-based formulations while providing fast cure response, high gloss, hardness and excellent chemical resistance. Designed for over-print varnishes (OPVs) and clear coatings for paper and plastics. Offers fast cure response and excellent chemical resistance. Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 876 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die and knife over roll. Also applicable by air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as offset and screen printing. The shelf life of the grade is 12 months.
