FERROXIDE® Yellow 510P

High-purify precipitated yellow iron oxide. It is produced from specially selected raw materials under very light process and quality control procedures. It is used alone and in combination with organic pigments to improve opacity, reduce formula cost and add UV resistance. It is color-stable in processing temperatures below 180°C (365°F). It complies with FDA 21CFR standards covering use in food contact articles and European Commission Directive 2008/128/EC Section E172 for iron oxides as well as hydroxides. All Ferroxide@ colors are manufactured under strict QC and environmental controls for reliable and consistent quality, stable under exposure to sunlight, UV radiation and are alkali, chemical as well as weather resistant. Used in inks.
