Hostatint™ UV Red D3GD 100

Hostatint™ UV Red D3GD 100 by Heubach is a pigment preparation (Pigment Red 254, CI 56110) with the backbone of a modified unsaturated acrylate. It contains a polymeric acrylate thinner and TMPEOTA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate), providing optimal rheological behavior and curing. It is designed for 100% UV-curable paints and coatings.

It shows wide compatibility with polyether-, epoxy-, polyurethane- and polyester-acrylates.
It exhibits high pigment loading and narrow tolerances of shade and color strength for exact color reproduction.
Hostatint™ UV Red D3GD 100 is recommended for formulations fulfilling strict surface requirements such as lacquers for wooden furniture and parquet flooring.
It contains low amount of dispersing agents and no photoinitiator, hence is directly usable in electron beam curing.
