Hostatint™ UV Blue BG 100

Hostatint™ UV Blue BG 100 by Heubach is a pigment preparation (Pigment Blue 15:4, CI 74160) designed for 100% UV-curable paints and coatings. It has the backbone of a modified unsaturated acrylate. It contains a polymeric acrylate thinner and TMPEOTA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate), providing optimal rheological behavior and curing.

• It exhibits high pigment loading and narrow tolerances of shade and color strength for exact color reproduction.
• It displays wide compatibility with polyether-, epoxy-, polyurethane- and polyester-acrylates.
• Hostatint™ UV Blue BG 100 is suitable for formulations fulfilling strict surface requirements such as lacquers for wooden furniture and parquet flooring.
• It contains low amount of dispersing agents and no photoinitiator, hence is directly usable in electron beam curing.
