WANNATE® IT-100 by Wanhua Chemical is a cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate. It is a solvent-free material and supplied as pellets. It is light-stable and non-yellowing grade.
  • It has especially been developed as an isocyanate crosslinking agent for 2K PUR coatings.
  • It exhibits weather- & chemical resistance and possesses excellent gloss-, color retention and outstanding mechanical properties.
  • It offers low reactivity, increased film hardness, prolonged pot life and provides excellent dilutional stability.
  • It is also supplied as 70 pbw. solutions in various solvents.
  • It can also be used for the manufacture of blocked polyisocyanates or PUR resins like waterborne polyurethane dispersions (PUD).
  • It is soluble in all types of conventional non-protic solvents.
  • Solvents containing compounds able to react with isocyanates such as alcohols, amines and water must be avoided.
  • The water content of any solvent used should be less than 0.05%.
  • It is used in automotive-, refinished-, and industrial coatings.
  • WANNATE® IT-100 has a shelf life of 12 months.
