PR1501 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a non-reactive type alkylphenol-based phenolic resin. It is used as a modifier and hardener for paints. It improves chemical resistance and adhesion to metal. PR1501 contains minimum amount of residual solvent which decreases the odor in the workplace and improves working environment.
