Ymer™ N180 by Perstorp is a linear difunctional polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether. It is a non-ionic dispersing monomer for polyurethane dispersion (PUD). It is used as a chemical building block. It will help to optimize PUD formulations in terms of dispersibility, stability, hardness and flexibility. It can be used to disperse the polymer (polyurethanes, epoxy, alkyds and polyesters) in water. Ymer™ N180 is used in many applications such as coatings for leather, textiles, wood and automotive.
