Photomer® 4094 by IGM Resins is a propoxylated glycerol triacrylate monomer (GPTA). It is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate and a reactive diluent. Exhibits impact resistance, low viscosity, excellent reactivity and enhances flexibility. Imparts hardness without brittleness. Possesses outstanding ink water balance which makes it very suitable for lithographic applications. Photomer® 4094 provides chemical- and abrasion resistance. Recommended for UV/EB applications in combination with other Photomer® products for coatings and inks where a monomer is required to contribute crosslink density to the cured film.
