Pripol™ 1022 VEG by Cargill is a distilled dimer acid with high purity & difunctionality and low viscosity than other standard grades.
  • It is suitable for use in epoxy, polyester and polyamide systems.
  • It exhibits excellent sealant & protective properties and good pigment wetting properties which allows high loading of pigment/fillers & less use of dispersants that gives cost saving.
  • It provides hydrophobicity/water repellency and excellent hydrolysis- & chemical resistance.
  • It offers flexibility and allows product to deform under stress & prevents cracking.
  • It imparts hydrolytic stability for longer lifetime, allowing for exposure to humid conditions and shows low glass transition temperature.
  • Pripol™ 1022 VEG is used in industrial and automotive coatings.
