Mergal® 710S by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a dry film preservative, fungicide and algaecide for paints and lacquers. It is a carbendazim-free, combination of 3-iodo-2-propinyl-n-butylcarbamate and 2-methylthio-4-tert-butylamino-6-ethylamino-s-triazine. It offers altemaria efficiency and compatibility with aqueous polymer emulsions such as pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, polyvinyl acetate and copolymers and vinyl acetate-ethylene pressure polymers. The usage level of Mergal® 710S is 0.3-1.4%.
