ACTICIDE® MB

ACTICIDE® MB by Thor is a mixture of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (2.5%) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (2.5%). Acts as an industrial microbiocide and algicide & fungicide. It controls the growth of bacteria and fungi. Used in electrodeposition paints, architectural finishes, paper & wood coatings. ACTICIDE® MB is also used in ink jets, flexographic, gravure, screen and printing inks. Recommended dosage for inks is 0.1-0.5% on a total weight basis, 250 ppm for electrodeposition paints and 0.1-5.0 lbs for wood, paper & architectural coatings.
