ChemFlexx™ NP 920

Alkyl sulfonic acid phenyl ester. It has an outstanding resistance to weathering as well as light, good dielectric properties that give outstanding weld ability at high frequencies which lead to shorter cycle times. It is slightly yellowish, clear and environmentally friendly liquid with an outstanding gelling capacity with many polymers, resulting in lower processing temperatures and shorter processing times. It shows good compatibility with a large number of polymers such as thermoplastic polyurethane (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR/BR), isobutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR). It is easy-to-process and used in the coatings for air-supported structures and tents.
