SYCO 099 by SYCO is a di (2-hydroxyethyl) amine based grade. It acts as a pH neutralizer. It imparts scrub- and water resistance. It offers low odor. SYCO 099 is suitable to be used for low & high polyvinyl chloride paints, compliments and textured coatings. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.8%.
