SONGSORB® CS 928 by Songwon is a 2-hydroxy-3-(1,1-dimethylbenzyl)-5-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenyl]-2H-benzotriazole. Acts as a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation. Provides efficient protection to coatings and light sensitive substrates, excellent solubility and high thermal and environmental performance, which makes it especially suitable for coatings exposed to high temperaturecuring processes. Synergistic combinations impart coating protection against gloss reduction,cracking, blistering, delamination and color change. SONGSORB® CS 928 can be used in clear coats, base coats, top coats or solid shades and ideal for automotive coatings and powder & coil coatings.
