Solmer Z 225

Solmer Z 225 is an acrylate functional oligomeric amine resin by Soltech. When used in formulations with a photo abstraction type photo initiator (e.g. benzophenone), SZ 225 has an accelerating effect on the UV cure speed. It exhibits low viscosity. It imparts high gloss, chemical resistance and good pigment wetting property. Solmer Z 225 is suitably used for lithographic inks, screen inks, gravure inks, curtain coatings, plastic coatings, paper clear-coats and wood coatings & fillers.
