Siltech® 5821 is a defoamer designed by Siltech for coatings. It is a unique ethoxylated and propoxylated polydimethylsiloxane fluid. Suitable for applications that require dyeing and paintability. It cold water rinsable, prevents entrained foam and will not leave deposits. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI, TCSI, NZIoC and PICCS inventories. Siltech® 5821 has a shelf life of 24 months at 10-40°C.
